since my last post was one big piece of word, i’m going to leave you with some pictures of the race expo, dumbarton oaks, and today’s eats. enough of my babbling!

thursday's breakfast.

1/2 c. yogurt, 1 tsp. chia seeds, banana, raisins, 1/4 c. walnuts, 2 tbsp. pumpkin flax granola.

apple eyes!

1/4 block tofu, veggies, soy sauce/hot sauce, 2 mini mini apples, lite string cheese.

muy delicioso.

cinnamon raisin gnu bar.


1 package tofu shirataki noodles, peas/chopped green beans, 4 ballz, 1/4 c. tomato sauce, 1/4 c. cottage cheese, tomato paste, sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

and, that’s that! hope all of your nights are going swimmingly. until layta, blogettes.

  1. Tofu noodles? I have never even heard of those, very cool!

  2. I love shirataki noodles! I find I can trick myself into thinking it’s ramen if I eat it in soup instead of pretending it’s real pasta.

    My dress was NOT from the Liberty of London collectin, just Xhileration. I did try on plenty of the Liberty stuff, but it wasn’t so flattering on me. I loved the bathing suits though, but they weren’t in my size :-(
